Data Acquisition Module

The new 16-channel microprocessor based scanner, Model 708 from Global Electronics is ideally suited for centralised monitoring/data acquisition systems. The scanner is available in RTD/thermocouple/voltage or current/universal input configurations providing a low cost monitoring system for virtually any parameter. A large 4-digit display of measured value and channel number display are standard. This makes it ideal as a supervisory monitor. The instrument features 16 individually programmable input channels, individual high and low alarm settings for each channel with a common relay. RS 485 multi dropping communication allows the instruments to be deployed in a distributed configuration on one communication cable
