Aryabhatta Infosys offers Attendance Recorders & Access Control System, Secure Time Pro V3. This is designed for tedious attendance and payroll procedures. Secure Time Pro is windows-based software that is user-friendly and can be used both for large organisations and small offices. The software has an absolutely unique open-ended interface to facilitate easy and quick access to all the data. All data can be accessed and edited with a single click of the mouse. Operation: the functioning of the secure time series software is identical to the maintenance of a manual muster and all operations are fully computerised. It is extremely user friendly and basic computing skills are sufficient. Time attendance system and its components: the entire time attendance system consists of the data collection terminal (biometric/RFID device/punch card device) and the secure time series software. The secure time series software has a data transfer module, which collects the data from the data collection terminal as and when needed. Secure time series software processes the data for each individual employee and gives the required reports. Simple operation: once the data is transferred from the data collection terminal, the software automatically processes the data. At the end of the month, Attendance Muster along with the final summary for payroll is generated. The any salary-processing program can pick up this summary by converting it into the universally accepted ASCII format. Hardware/device up gradation: just replace the attendance recording device/data collection terminal - no need to replace the software. Irrespective of the configuration of device, the secure time series software is capable of transferring data from various models/devices.
