Wireless DNC System

NC Technologies is a market leader in developing and promoting automation products for computer integrated manufacturing (CIM). The company product line includes DNC software for storing and retrieval of NC-programs, CNC-Editor, Rapid NC-program simulation and machine monitoring systems. NC Technologies offers NC WiFi, wireless DNC system on turnkey basis. CNC Net software is connected to CNC machines through a wireless network. NC WiFi meets the demand of customers, who wish to replace their legacy wired and trouble prone system perhaps still set-up with data switches or to implement new solutions in workshops, where CNCs are frequently relocated: there is no longer RS232 cable and no need to rewire each machine in its new position. Benefits: no cabling required; no accessories like line drivers or isolators; mobile communication enabled; support for old and new CNC controllers; shop to shop connectivity; 128 bit WEP security enabled; long life/zero failures. Process: the data received through the NC access points are identified with unique address of the NC WiFi addresses. The particular NC WiFi will be redirected to CNC net communication software; and data over the wireless communication reaches to the particular directory of the PC.
