Pic16Cxx Programmer

PIC16Cxx programmer from AL Systems, supports all 18-pin and 28-pin devices that include the PIC16C5x, PIC16C71, PIC16C84 and the newer PICS. The programmer is supplied with Parallax's 8051-like assembler, software simulator and source code for over 15 application notes collection. This package allows one to assemble both Parallax's and Microchip's versions of the PIC16Cxx instruction set, simulate them on a PC and then program the chips. The programmer's single-screen software makes programming a snap. Various adapters are available to support SOIC, SSOP and 18/28/40-pin DIP devices making the programmer suitable for prototype and small production applications. The programmer connects to the PC parallel port, thus it is portable and can also be used with notebook computers. Inexpensive upgrades and adapters keep the programmer up to date with the growing family of PIC16Cxx chips.
