PCA 6147 is a half-size PC-AT card equipped with 80486 DX/DX2/DX4 CPU. It also comes with dual serial port, one of which is an RS-485 port; one parallel port which can be operated in standard as well as extended (SPP and EPP) port; and floppy as well as hard disk drive. Pertaining to industrial standard, PCA 6143 operates up to 60?C and has watchdog liner which is capable of interrupting the PC in abnormal conditions. PCA 6143P has a PC-104 connector where a variety of PC-104 adapter cards can be connected. PCA 6143P is also capable of 1.44 MB storage which comes in the form of solid state disk drive. This drive emulates a standard floppy disk drive and can have RAM/ROM/Flash as a storage media. PCA 6143P is applicable in embedded control applications. It is an ideal PC in industrial environment and space constraints.
