Circuit Scan

Bridgegap Associates offers Circuit Scan CS-100AC. The CS-100 real-time imaging system is designed for the inspection of SMT assemblies, semi-conductors and PCBs. The system provides the advantages of real-time defect detection for electronics production, quality control, research and development and failure analysis applications. It features a micro-focus source with a fixed spot size for high-resolution imaging. This system is ideal for inspection of hidden features such as: BGA, Micro BGA and flip chip attachment; BGA rework support; fine pitch solder quality; wire sweep; die attach; encapsulated assemblies; inner layer registration. A multi-function image processor enables to make on-screen measurements along with image enhancement capabilities that provides even greater flexibility to the CS-100 system. The CS-100 easily accommodates sample sizes up to 18" x 24". A printed circuit board assembly can be manipulated in x and y-axis using a conveniently located variable speed joystick control on the system front panel. The cabinet has been ergonomically designed to maximize user comfort and convenience. Control layout allows the user to quickly set-up and operates the CS-100 with a minimum of training.
