Banner Engineering offers Camera, PresencePlus Pro II. This is a compact, full- featured vision sensor housed in an IP68-rated enclosure for dependable performance in wet and dirty environments. It is the only unit of its kind with a separate DIN-mountable controller that can be placed at a distance from the harsh conditions. This allows the camera and its integrated light to be significantly smaller than comparable units. It also assures that firmware and programming are preserved in the event of a catastrophic failure at the camera location. This is designed for use in dirty industrial environments including automotive painting and assembly, metal stamping, injection moulding and others. It is also appropriate for use in bottling and food packaging facilities. Applications include 360° fixture-free inspection, error proofing, assembly verification, pattern recognition, flaw detection, orientation confirmation, fill level detection, and others. 2D and 1D bar code reading capability is available. This include a wide range of location, vision and analysis tools, higher capture speed and fast image processing. Models feature gray scale or colour digital imagers with resolutions up 1.3 megapixels. All models feature Active X utilities and connect directly to industrial standard Ethernet networks for exporting data, inspections and images.
