Visitors tracking system

Armed guards at entrance door of offices/industrial premises are no more sufficient to prevent threat against intrusion and burglary. To prevent trespass with criminal intent, it is better to be proactive and keep close track of all visitors. Well-organised and effective visitor scrutiny coupled with video image database of every visitor helps prevent any untoward incident. SimSys has an innovative and cost effective solution to track every visitor coming to the entrance of the office/industrial premises. In the event of any visitor wanting to meet any member of the staff, the security guard/receptionist shall stop the visitor at entrance gate itself and call the concerned individual on intercom. In the event the visitor is to be allowed entry into the factory or office premises, the security officer shall ask basic information of the visitor and key in this data into computer. At a click of mouse, a digital image of visitor shall be stored into the system and entry pass shall print instantly. The system has capabilities to link visitor data with access control system. Everyone in the office/industrial premises gets address box in the Security Server where still image along with other information of every visitor to everybody in the office/industrial premises is stored. The concerned person can open his address box from his personal computer and download all the images for his own record. A master directory of all the visitors shall also be maintained in the Security Server for management review.
