Ultrasonic Safety System

Medisys offers Ultrasonic Safety System, Safesonic 2000. It is a safety guard system using an ultrasonic sensing device for applications in human safety in industry/ utilities. It provides anti collision sensing; aluminium die cast machine; overhead safety, etc. It works as a non-contact type object sensor, to monitor and control the movement of human presence/ objects in sensitive and hazardous locations. Principle: it consists of a high frequency 40 kHz range sonic sensor that emits and receives code signal type ultrasonic sound waves, which are "bounced" back from the sensed objects. Working environment: it is suitable for usage in any harsh environment in industrial/ other usage areas. Specifications: input - 230/ 110 V AC or 12 V/ 24 V DC; output - 1 x N/ O + 1 x N/ C relay output; protection - input and output fuse protected; detection range - up to 1200 mm; environment - 0° to 55°C; and can withstand dusty and harsh environment in operation.
