Transmitted Light Smoke Alarm Detects Fire

Hekatron GmbH has introduced a transmitted light smoke alarm fire signal to obviate the use of radio active ionisation fire detection which is subjected to radioactivity protection regulations. The transmitted light principle is now used in a point shaped smoke alarm. This property of detection is supported by an integrated microprocessor with user algorithm and fuzzy logic as well as computer simulation of optimised optics.
