It offers the Conaire CDM 40 Smoke/Fire Alarms that accommodate ionisation sensor or photo-electric sensor. These are easy to clean and maintain, since detector heads can be removed by simply twisting-in, twisting-out of its housing. The CDM 40 samples air currents passing through the duct and accordingly signals the actuators/AHUs fans/warming systems through Conaire control panel model CDM41 or central fire alarm panel and hence preventing the spread of toxic smoke and fire gases in protected areas. The duct smoke detector/actuator can be tested periodically with the help of a remote control panel CDM 42 provided with the unit (optional).
