Safety Light Curtain

Excella offers programmable safety light curtain. The system is housed in an aluminium powder coated enclosure with transmitter and receiver elements. It consists of a number of beams depending on the height of the curtain. There is an in-built power supply of 12VDC ensuring long life with minimum maintenance. The safety light curtain is the most reliable solution to the problem of operator safety for machinery such as presses, shears, brakes, etc. The receiver and transmitter have swivelling arrangement of 20( in both directions. It is very easy for installation – the transmitter and receiver elements have 3-pin and 4-pin connectors to make easy connection with individual beam status indication. Response time is less than 20 ms with relay output and works upto 55(C. It has IP65 protection and also has power `On’ through beam through beam condition. Different models of light curtains are available.
