Fire Suppression System for CNC Machines

Supremex Equipments, an ISO 9001/2000 certified company, has launched a revolutionary technology-based Fire Suppression System for CNC Machines, in collaboration with CeoDux Valves, Luxembourg. The unit offers breakthrough technology with a simple concept to protect what is safe and precious for anyone. The heart of the system is the linear heat sensitive pneumatic polymer tubing. It is connected at one end to a Supremex extinguishing agent container, which the rest runs through the risk area, in a predetermined manner. When the flame touches the tubing and it reaches a temperature of 90°C, the tubing bursts at it hottest point (which is nearest to the most vulnerable part of the fire), thus forming a nozzle. The system comes as a complete pre-engineered system kit for CNC machines and other high-risk mechanical equipment.
