ELECTRICAL SAFETY TESTER, TOS8870A

Keith Electronics offers Electrical Safety Testers, TOS8870A. It is a unique test instrument for television, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioners and other home appliance products. It is a combination of automatic high voltage tester/ insulation tester and able to perform withstanding voltage test and insulation test. Its withstanding voltage tester section has maximum output of 5 kV and maximum capacity of 500 VA (AC use only). Its resistance tester has insulation measuring ranges 500 V/ 1000 M( and 1000 V/ 2000 M) (DC, negative polarity only). The Pass/ Fail judgement function employs a window comparator that can be used for puncher test and insulation test on electrical/ electronic devices and components.
