Safety gloves, stainless steel

Stainless Saftey gloves are based on the chain-mail concept. The concept has now found a modern application in chain mail gloves, protecting the hands of workers in various industries including hotels, food processing, meat processing, fishing, oil rigs, in the prisons, fire services, timber, car industries and sheet metal workers. These gloves are made from stainless steel and titanium, all of the links on the gloves are fusion welded using the latest plasma-welding technology to produce a stronger chain-mail that can be obtained by conventional methods. This means that fewer frequent repairs are needed and there is less risk of links being lost and contaminating processed food. The glove fastening consists of a steel-tensioned spring rather than fabric or rubber fastenings that might weaken the glove or harbour bacteria during cleaning. Theses are available in seven sizes ranging from extra small to extra large and in six styles, including a full-arm glove. A single hand glove can be used by left or right-handed workers. These are allergy-free and lighter in weight than stainless steel, the titanium glove are salt-water resistant and easy to clean. Titanium hardens with age so the gloves become progressively stronger.
