Rubber Bellow & Expansion Joints

Accurate Rubber Industries offers a wide range of Expansion Joints/Bellows for a variety of applications in power plants, chemical industries, refineries, heavy engineering industries, petrochemicals, ship building, etc. The rubber expansion joints/bellows are designed to take care of reactionary forces like thermal expansion, contraction, vibrations which otherwise break the pipelines. Depending upon the applications, these joints/bellows are made of viton, silicone, neoprene, EPDM and natural rubber. These can be coated inside with Teflon for chemical resistance, and reinforced with specially treated, nylon, rayon, glass fibre, steel cord, etc. The company’s expertise in design provides perfect balance between movements (axial, radial, torsional and angular) and pressure bearing capacity. These rubber expansion joints/bellows are available in sizes ranging form 1” NB to 72” NB with hydro testing up to 24 bar pressure. These bellows have either integrated flange (metallic flanges are bonded with rubber) or back up flange (which is split and separate). These bellows are made as per customers’ design, drawings and specifications, or based on the following information: inner diameter of the rubber expansion joints/bellows; face-to-face length; and pressure (negative or positive).
