Versacor Ultima, Insulated Composite Panel

Rigidal Versacor Ultima is a trapezoidal through fixed insulated composite panel which provides an extremely cost-effective and fast track construction solution for both new build and refurbishment projects. Rigidal Versacor Ultima is available in steel or aluminum with a high performance Versacor corrosion resistant coating. This is particularly suited to heavy industry applications and coastal environments.
The CFC-free insulation core of Rigidal Versacor Ultima provides thermal reliability over the lifetime of the building, and enhanced insulation cores using polyisocyanurate (PIR) foams are also available. Insulated composite panels offer many advantages over traditional build-up systems. Rigidal Versacor Ultima is designed for use in all roofing applications where the actual roof pitch is 5° or greater. The panels, which are simply through fixed, are also suitable for both vertical and horizontal wall applications.
