Insulated Busbar Conductor

NBM Industries offers insulated Bus Bar Conductors, which are used for different types of cranes and other mobile equipment. These bus bar conductors are made of galvanised steel, copper, aluminium or stainless steel. The company provides protective insulation of high impact gloss finish, PVC compound to these bus bar conductors, which depends upon the atmospheric temperature under which the system is to operate. All systems are finger safe and available in the range of 60 to 400 A. The company can also design and supply systems for higher rating. These conductors are distinctively coloured for full visibility. Under no-load conditions, the collector can be easily pulled down from the conductor bar under no-load conditions for inspection and replacement of contact shoes. These contact shoes are the only wearing part in the system. All conductor bars, irrespective of the rating or the material of the conductor, are dimensionally interchangeable. Overhead cranes, hoisting units can get continuous energy in all positions and any time by means of current collectors from the conductor system. Insulated conductor systems with continuous conductor for current capacities 35, 50, 80, 125 and 160 A are based on controlled expansion of housing and continuous conductors. Due to the absence of plug connectors, the conductors offer the most reliable transmission of energy, control and data signals. Installation is fed with one feed point at the end or somewhere along the installation. On both of these systems at a distance of 30 cm far from the feeding point the housing is fixed. Starting from this point the fee expansion of housing as well as copper conductors are allowed.
