Aditya Ener Guard Insulation offers Extruded Polystyrene Slab. Extruded Polystyrene is made from solid polystyrene crystals along with special additives and a blowing agent, are mixed and fed into an extruder and melted, under controlled conditions of high temperature and pressure, into a hot plastic fluid which is then forced in a continuous process through a die. As it emerges from the die it expands to foam, is shaped, cooled, and trimmed to required dimensions. This continuous extrusion process results in a unique foam product with a uniform closed-cell structure, a smooth continuous skin, and consistent product qualities unequaled by other insulation materials. The insulation value of rigid foam board products relies in part on the blowing agent used during their manufacturing Process.
