Reliance Potteries offers a complete range of Porcelain Insulators for use in ESP (electrostatic precipitator) with the following specifications: application – high temperature/high voltage ESPs; glaze – brown or white (as per the customers’ requirement); shapes – conical, cylindrical, shaft/rapping, wall-through bushing, pin, funnel, drive-in, bus duct type, etc; alumina content – around 48%; sustainable up to 570 degrees; price – competitive and reasonable; tests performed – high voltage test, temperature cycle test, porosity test, strength test and puncture test results from government approved laboratories; and clients – leading domestic and global steel, sponge iron, cement, power plants and equipment manufacturers.
