Teflon Coating

The Teflon Coating is a thin film coating having coating thickness of 30 to 50 microns used for non-stick, dry film lubrication, anti corrosion etc, and can be used on plastic moulding dyes, baking industries, bushes, automobile accessories, and Teflon coated nut-bolts to resist under seawater corrosion. This is available with grades of HALAR, PVDF, HDPE, and LLDP in thick film form having coating thickness from 0.8 to 1 mm, which can resist chemical corrosion under working temperature of 160 deg c. This coating can be performed on all ferrous metal like reactor vessels, pipelines, valves, centrifuges and all complicated parts.
