These are rugged spray guns suited for tough and continuous operation, at the same time ensuring top quality performance and finish. This performance is achieved by a combination of large, smooth flowing air passages and an oversize air, which gives of air nozzles, provides a performance which is unique in spray painting applications. These guns are suitable for all general industrial spray painting applications today. Quick and accurate of stipple pattern is provided by an air pressure control at the rear of the gun. This also controls pressure for fine shading or delicate work. The company also offers Pneumatic Air Valves For Critical Application, Roll Marking Machines, Pinstamp Marking Systems, Valves That Do Not Stick, Airstroke Actuators/Airspring Bellows, etc.

- Gun Body: Polished aluminium forging with red anodized distinct finish
- Air Nozzle: Hard brass stamping with taper location on material nozzle to ensure permanent concentricity. All critical machining done after plating
- Material Nozzle: Hardened steel located in body and in air by tapers
- Needle Valve: Nylon fitted with adjustable sleeve to compensate for wear
- Trigger: Mild steel bright nickel plated
- Air Valve: Nylon valve with steel stem
- Stuffing Box: Adjustable stuffing box on air valve stem
- Connections: Air inlet connection is 1/4" B.S.P. and fluid connection is 3/8" B.S.P.
- Aluminium Siphon Feed Cup: 750 ml. capacity for 230 gun
- Feather light Gravity Feed Nylon Cup: 500 ml capacity for 630 gun
- Lightest (0.57 kg. only, without cup) high performance production spray gun
- Versatile, with a wide range of nozzle set-ups for different applications to get desired quality finish
- Can be used with a siphon cup or with paint circulated system, pressure feed container
- Use of P.T.F.E. packings throughout
- Alignment assured by direct fastening of the air nozzle retainer ring to the material nozzle
