RTV Insulator Coating Anti Flashover

Hebei Silicon Valley Chemical Co offers an anti flashover RTV insulator coating. This is a single component, silicon rubber RTV insulator coating first developed by the company in 1990, and has passed the provincial level appraisal in China, and also appraised by ISO 9001 international quality system authentication and signed DL/T 627 complete pattern experiments. Its performance index has achieved the international advanced level. It has applications in metallurgy, cement, chemical industries, mines and salt mist and each kind of contamination environment application; and in 500 kV system area use displays fine anti flashover performance. Characteristic and the performance: fine hydrophobic character and fast, balanced hydrophobic migratory nature; high anti-flashover voltage; anti-electric arc, and fine electrical insulating property; high module, high strength, excels in adhesion, high corrosion tolerance; resistant to ozone, ultraviolet rays and environment aging, does not affect the skin, does not crack, and long effective running time; and single component normal temperature solidification. Range of application: suitable for rated voltage 0~750 kV, ambient temperature -50~200?C, mainly used in the power supply transformer substations, power plant booster stations, etc.
