The automatic resin and epoxy coating plant makes use of impregnation technology for stone strength enhancement and improve stone quality, save time, reduce weather dependency and manpower by proper mechanical and electrical arrangement with proper software approach. Proper resin treatment of marble and granite slabs increases strength, aesthetics and quality of slab. The beauty of this plant is proper software approach that helps in reducing manpower and increasing production. The resin line plant is also equipped with a vacuum chamber for high penetration of epoxy and filling chemical to fill up minute cracks and cavities. It is constructed by ribs structure due to sustain high vacuum pressure. The company produces different types of machine layout according to space and production capacity. Production capacity varies from 10 slabs to 25 slabs per hour at different model.
- Drying and polymerisation chamber is provided with high insulation level that reduce heat losses
- It is heated by electricity and LPG type mechanism
- For homogeneous temperature of every slab in the oven, a special type duct mechanism is used in the oven, in which air circulation is done by blower
- Flap mechanism for reducing heat losses
- For entire duration of cycle the slab/tiles to be restored on a special steel net type tray so it is possible to load multi slab/tiles and almost fragile slabs on the tray
- For different speeds of lift and arm for minimising ideal time, appropriate automation level for optimisation of plant is used
