Pioneer Enterprise specialized in PTFE Coating on Nuts & Bolts. This is a surface coating associated with wear, friction, corrosion and sticking and to improve processing and productivity with range of fluoropolymers for metal surface and other substrates. The coating thickness ranges from 15 to 30 microns and maximum temperature up to 260°C reduced the amount of make-up torque lost to friction, removing much of the uncertainty form predicting clamp loads. It's an ideal protection for corrosive environments and salt-water condition.
