Prism Surface Coatings offers Powder Coating Equipment, 3000 Series. The powder coating equipment is specially designed for spraying electrostatic thermo setting powder. The powder coating guns use low voltage negative polarity technology producing an electrostatic (Corona) field at the tip of the gun. The gun is designed to minimize the current at the gun tip to safe level (100 mA). The equipment is designed for simplicity in operation and requires minimum replacement parts and servicing. The company also offers turnkey painting/powder coating solutions, which include dip/spray pre-treatment plants, side draft or down draft liquid paint booths, powder spray booths with powder recovery systems, painting/powder baking ovens, heating systems (diesel/electric/gas), conveyors, and effluent treatment plants, etc.
