Powder Coating Facility

Parallel Track MHE Pvt Ltd (PTMHE) has set up an excellent Powder Coating Facility in Bangalore. It is the only plant in Bangalore, which can powder coat components up to a length of 12 metres. The plant follows a process of 7-tank pre-treatment, with powder coating of 60 to 70 microns baked and cured at 180°C. All components are subjected to thorough de-greasing and phosphating prior to powder coating. There is a strict adherence to the stringent quality control norms and the process, which is closely monitored by professionals, leaves no space for any defect. The finished products are of much better aesthetic appearance and superior quality. PTMHE does contract works for a wide range of industries.
