General characteristics of epoxy powder: excellent – hardness, flexibility, corrosion, protection, chemical resistance, flow and finish; fair – over baking capabilities; poor – very limited gloss and colour stability from heat or UV exposure; gloss @ 60 degree – 5 to 90 units; and chemical resistance tests – epoxy powder coatings are highly resistant to wide variety of solvents and chemicals.
