Polyurethane covered rollers can carry up to four times more load than rubber and they provide wear and cut resistance in oily or wet environments. This makes them the perfect solution for high-stress applications, such as load wheels, conveyors, and drive and idler pulleys. The company?s flexible production system maximises efficiency while allowing cost savings for both low and high volume production. Its in house machine shop can produce moulds or shafts to meet exact specifications. It has the capacity to carry out PU roll coating on rolls from a minimum size of 25 mm to 400 mm in diameter after coating and up to 2.5 mtr roll length.
