Plastic Coating Powders

Plastic Coating Powders are low density polyethylene, microfine polyethylene thermoplastic powders. These are used for fluidised bed and dip coating on wire fabricated articles. The powders are free-flowing powder and the coating is smooth with high-gloss. All the colours are extrusion compounded in high performance extruders. This ensures a uniform dispersion of pigments and additives in the resin and enhances the UV stability of the polymer. It also prevents colour variation form product to product, pigment migration and pigment wipe off. These are available in special grades of: Rapid XCEL 1630 can be incorporated with additional properties to suit individual requirements like high adhesion, UV stabilisation, anti static in the other grades of LDPE/LLDPE/HDPE and in different colours and fineness to suit individual custom requirements.
