Mould Protection Spray for Precision Moulds & Dies

Mould Protection Spray IT-1090 is a high performance dry waxy removable coating spray designed for protection of the moulds and finely machined surfaces in storage. The coating is dry to touch within 15 minutes and offers a long-term protection of up to 2 years. The coating is also available in different shades for easy identification. IT-1090 does not attract dust or dirt and its matt finish allows for good visual inspection of the treated surface. It has less odour and fewer drips and runs during application. The films deposited are thin which are also lubricating. IT-1090 is also ideal for components where markings must remain visible or those where coated parts are to be welded or assembled directly without any preparation. The most traditional use is its application for protection of the high value spares, ejector pins and precision moulds and dies. IT-1090 is available in aerosols of 500 ml size.
