Zircon Coating is a cream coloured liquid, recommended for steel, alloy steel and cast iron. An alcohol based zircon rich refractory liquid used for moulds and cores. Craftnol- 30 (spirit based zircon alcohol coating) is suitable for binder systems such as silicate, oil, petroleum etc. It is supplied in liquid form having excellent suspension properties.
Advantages:
- Higher filler, to solvent ratio covering maximum surface area.
- Economical as can be used by appropriate dilution as per required practice.
- Higher zircon content ensures excellent casting finish and reduce felting cost.
- Low settling and easy mixing properties because of excellent suspension properties.

- Product must be used by properly mixing thoroughly, if possible by mechanical stirrer. This coating is used by dilution with the help of thinner.
