Twin Tech Trading offers Insulating Varnish, 6009. This is fast air dry, enhances motor life, and flexible and conformal coating. Salient features: tough flexible air dry insulation and protection coating; thoroughly penetrates into windings and coils and seals out dust and moisture; designed to be used as a finishing coat over existing impregnating varnishes as well as to provide insulation and protection on unprotected motor surfaces; enhance the life and reliability of the systems; insulating varnish is a single component, quick air-drying high temperature electrical insulation and protection coating; it forms a dry flexible tough, oil, acids, alkali"s, and moisture. Application areas: insulation and protection of armature and stator windings; insulation and protection of transformers, terminals and damaged insulation; and insulation and protection of coils, circuits breakers, collector rings, soldered joints, fuse tubes, terminals, etc. Dielectric strength and dry time: dielectric strength - Dry -> 2,200 V/mil, Wet -> 1,200 V/mil; tack free time - 10 minutes; and cure time (25°C) - 30 minutes.
