Geeta Engineers offers Industrial Painting / Coating with Grit/Sand blasting, Epoxy/ PU coating, lining and Epoxy/PU flooring.

Grit/Sand Blasting
In Grit/Sand Blasting, they use up to 10 Kg/cm² air pressure to carry out the blasting which helps to achieve desired result even when working at 25 meters height. The copper slag grit or chilled iron grit is used for blasting. It has set of comparators to check blasting standard like SA 2.5, 3, and different attachments to blast pipes internally of different sizes starting from 50 mm and above. They provide roughness profile as specified by client. The quality of work is at very high speed.

Epoxy/ PU coating, lining
Using solvent free epoxy systems and epoxy compatible glass cloth, they successfully executed more than 100000m² area. The system provides more than 5 years of useable life. All the systems are tailor made. The lining provides excellent chemical resistance and hence can be used for fermenters, digesters, DM storage tanks, effluent & water treatment plants, sewage lines, petroleum storage tanks, and drinking water storage tanks. The PU coatings are used as finishing product for the area, which is exposed to sun (UV rays) as PU has better stability then epoxy when exposed to UV rays.

Epoxy / PU flooring
The epoxy / PU flooring is carry out for industries. The treatment of surface is used for heavy duty cleaning machine as well as oil burning machine whenever required. They apply solvent free epoxy primer (100 % solids) to achieve perfect bonding with floor to be coated, then apply intermediate coat to provide structural stability, strength to the coating. Finally apply finish coat of the colour as specified by the client. The speciality of the system is better flexibility, colour / gloss retention, improved scratch resistance and long life.
