Gold Plating

Ronuk Industries manufactures a complete range of chemicals for: buffing and polishing, electroplating, phosphating, degreasing, pickling, printed circuit board plating, chemical polishes, and effluent treatment. The company has a wide range of gold processes, which can impart finishes from 14 karat to 23 karat for both decorative and industrial use. Usex gold salts: ready to use gold salts imparting a fine grained smooth gold deposit the colour of which can be varied with Auron additive. Elsone 3 process: bright hard acid, can impart 23.5 karat colour with low porosity and excellent solderable characteristics and specially used in plating of printed circuit boards, electronic and electrical components as well as jewellery and watch industry. Gold potassium cyanide: made after special Reserve Bank permission in Ronuk’s name, other formalities necessary. Elsone 14-R process: for electronics industry as also recommended for printed circuit boards, electrical and electronic components. Usex gold salts: ready to use gold salts imparting a fine grained smooth gold deposit the colour of which can be varied with Auron additive. Susone process: white or “Blanc” with 14-18 karat colour, also useful as low metal strike prior to Elsone 3 process. The company also has under its range of manufacture green gold, rose-pink gold, yellow-red gold salts and heavy gold deposits with hardness beyond 100 Vickers can be supplied. There are other processes as well, for various applications.
