Fire accident causes loss of human life and loss of property and valuable documents. While fire extinguishers are relied upon to arrest fire, there are no methods adopted to prevent the spread of fire. No passive fire safety measures are taken. In most cases the fire comes under control only after fire brigade comes to the rescue, which takes time, and in that critical time, irreparable damage takes place including human life. Buckman Laboratories Inc offer products to delay and arrest the fire. Anantco is the exclusive distributor of Buckman's Flamebloc GS products that are zero VOC, halogen free, water based and colourless coatings. Flamebloc series of products are all water base coatings, which can be applied easily on paper, fabric, wood, plastics, leather and even metals to resist ignition and spreading of fire. The product does not emit any toxic gases hence casualties due to suffocation during fire accident minimise. Flamebloc products are already approved by Govt of Maharashtra’s PWD and also approved by some of the prominent industries. This product also recommended by special protection group of Central Government. The range: Flamebloc GS 101 – char forming penetrating fire retardant for fabrics. Carbon char forms between fire and fabric, reducing effect of the fire, heat and smoke; and fabric can be dipped or sprayed. Flamebloc GS 200 – char and thin in tumescent foam forming, penetrating fire retardant for wood and plywood; can be applied by dipping, brush and spray. Flamebloc GS 500 – universal fire retardant high in tumescent type of coating. Busan 11M1 – anti-corrosive, anti-microbial, UV stabiliser and fire retardant. Can be mixed with both water based and solvent based.
