EPOXY TOP COATINGS

Gunjan Paints offers Epoxy Top Coatings. It can be used on floor in tea fermentation plants, pharmaceutical plants, automotive plants. Features: generic type - two component; composition - polyamide/ polyamine cured epoxy-base top coat suitably pigmented; and recommended use - recommended as a top coat for maintenance coatings in chemical and fertilizer industries, pharmaceutical complexes, refineries bulk storage tanks, plants, equipment structure. Specifications: physical constants - assorted colour shades; finish - glossy, semi-glossy and matt; solids by volume - 40%; flash point - above 25°C; drying characteristics - dry to touch: 2-3 hrs; dry to handle - 24 hrs; fully cured - 7 days; and shelf life - 9 months (of individual component) - stored under proper condition of temperature and pressure. Application method: by brush, by spray; pot life - 6 hrs at 25°C; thinner: Epo-400; recommended dry film thickness - 30 microns; over coating interval - minimum 12 hrs, maximum 5 days; and compatibility - can be top coated with epoxy, PU primers.
