Dip Spin Coating System

Dip Spin Coating System is used on bulk items like, fasteners to coat them with paint or specialty coatings. The equipment has been tested on-line during the process and approved after relentless testing. The machine includes a touch screen interface that allows the customers to program it to suit their own diverse needs without referring back to us. This system is controlled by a PLC and a variable frequency drive. Dip spin coating process: The coating component is dipped in the liquid and centrifugal force is used to expel the extra coating material; subsequently, the component is cured in a hot air oven; this process can be repeated for a number of times with the same coating material or with different chemicals for greater thickness or modified properties. These systems come in three varieties: simple dip spin, dip spin with tilt and dip, spin and tilt with chillers. The company also offers chilling system and basket tilting system.
