Coatings (Fused), By Puddle Torch

Sintered & Sprayed Ceramics specializes in various fusible and non fusible industrial thermal coatings such as satellites, tungsten, carbides, boron carbides, chromium carbides and ceramics. Fused coatings are nearly non-porous and very dense, having Rockwell hardness levels of greater than 50 degree C. Coating thickness is limited to those ranges, which can be heated to the melting temperature without spalling. Self fluxing coat is given only where the effects of fusing temperature and distortion can be tolerated. Thick coatings of dissimilar metals are achieved with multiple passes.
