Coatings

Delta-MKS offers Coatings. These provide functional zinc-aluminium flake non-electrolytically applied coatings for cathodic corrosion protection approved by global OEMs. These come with the following key requirements: environmental aspects - EMAS (including DIN EN ISO 14001) in 2004; WEE and RoHs directive requirements fulfilled; EC directive "End-of Life Vehicles fulfilled"; no toxic metals - no use of chrome (VI, III), cadmium, lead, molybdenum, cyanide, cobalt, nickel, barium and mercury; free from hydrogen embitterment - coating application process does not require acid pickling or involve electroplating.
