Aromatic Polyurethane Coatings

Gunjan Paints offers Aromatic Polyurethane Coatings. It is a generic type, two component aromatic polyurethane topcoat. It is recommended for original equipment coating, hygienic, maintenance coating where moderate chemical resistance along with excellent abrasion resistance and decorative finish are required. It is recommended for interior application, such as, in areas not exposed to direct sunlight. Specifications: physical constants - available in assorted colour shades; finish - glossy, semi-glossy and matt; solids by volume - 40%; theoretical spreading rate - 16.0 sq.mtr/ltr at 25 microns DFT on smooth and non-absorbent surface; flash point - above 25°C; drying characteristics - dry to touch, 3 - 4 hrs at 25°C; dry to handle, 24 hrs, fully cured, 7 days; shelf life - 9 months (of individual component) - stored under proper condition of temperature and pressure.
