Anti-Corrosive Chemical Coating

Kishan Coaters provides Solutions against Rusting and Corrosion of GI surfaces, ducts, sheets, etc. The company offers a specially prepared Anti-Corrosive Chemical Coating that provides prevention against: corrosion, leakage and cracking. The special chemical may be used for: anti-corrosion coatings – humidity resistant; water proofing – leakage of roof tops; and protection against weathering. Due to moisture contents in humidified air, GI ducts starts rusting. If not coated in time then one has to change the ducts which is very costly. After applying the specially prepared chemical, duct life increases up to 8 to 12 years and more. Application of the coating is simple, whether the ducts are new or old. Any type of water (soft, hard, etc), can be used; there is no effect on coated ducts. After applying this coating the strength of ducts increases due to the meshing technique. Drying takes two to four hours. The coating has very good strength and withstands high pressure, strokes and high temperature; it adheres firmly. This coating can be applied on GI sheets, aluminium and alloy substrates.
