Aluminium Surface Finishes

Alcoats offers an Aluminium Surface Finish. This is a surface treatment of aluminium, viz., chromate conversion as per Mil-C-5541E, anodising facility as per Mil-A-8625F type I, II & III and MAO (micro arc oxidation). It is equipped with latest machinery required for production of aluminium decorative/commercial/semi hard/hard anodising and micro arc oxidation a patented technology. It has hard anodising tank capacity of 3,500 ltr, latest pulse rectifier, heavy capacity chilling plant, 200 kVA power and stand by power 180 kVA DG and ETP for process generated effluents.
