Ceramic components

New Delhi-based FHM International offers fine ceramic components made out of silicon nitrate, silicon carbide, alumina and zirconia. Silicon nitrates are very high thermal shock resistant with mechanical bending strength at high temperatures. These find application in heat exchanger burner nozzle reaction tube, bearing and guide roller sliding shoes, etc. Silicon carbide has very high wear, corrosion and oxidation resistance, high thermal conductivity and it does not lower strength at high temperatures. The material finds application in mechanical seals, chemical pump parts, burners and nozzles, heat exchangers, etc. The components are supplied according to customers" drawings.
