Water Boiling Additive

Elcorp Chemicals offers Emax – a unique nucleate Boiling Water Additive to enhance the heat transfer efficiency in water boiling. It is useful in all closed loop hot water circulation systems, such as pressurised hot water generators, hot air delivery system through AHU, central heating systems, greenhouses, etc. Emax additive based on nucleate boiling principle enables water to reach target temperature in faster time and achieves energy savings up to 20%. It is usually desirable to transfer the largest possible heat flux with the smallest possible temperature difference between the heating surface and the boiling liquid, and to maximize the critical heat flux. Emax attempts to achieve this by changing the boiling characteristics of water by altering the bubble behaviour in water boiling systems. Emax forms thousands of small bubbles, which rapidly transfers the energy into the bulk water. This rapid transmission of the energy in the bubbles in the water boiling at the metal surface into the bulk water, is what makes Emax unique.
