OIL ADDITIVE, FIN-25

Interflon offers Oil Additives, FIN-25. It is PTFE/ Teflon based. It gives a protective layer of PTFE/ Teflon on all moving parts, including bearings, shafts, cogged wheels, worm wheels, when used in gearboxes. Teflon coating gives an easy and comfortable start thus reduces the torque power thus resulting into saving of energy and reducing wear and tear, prolonging the life of the machine parts and also the life of oil. The excessive heating of the gearbox due to the frictional forces working on the gear parts is avoided as PTFE/ Teflon takes over the additional load and gives super-smooth working and avoids jerky stick-slip movement, which is commonly observed in such machine. It is suitable for compressors, hydraulic systems, diesel and petrol engines giving efficiency to the maximum and saving energy.
