Alpha Industries manufactures Adhesives, CPG 100. This is used for pasting of the corrugated paper to manufacture corrugated boxes. This type of adhesive is perfect for manufacturing heavy-duty boxes having higher GSM of paper. The perfect bonding between the layers gives extra strength to the box. In a minimum setting time best possible results are achieved. Specifications: appearance - pale white; viscosity - 2000-3000 cps; solid % - 12-16%; pH - 7-8 flammability - not flammable; medium - water; base - starch, dextrine; operating conditions - ready to use; odour - odourless; toxicity - non-toxic.
