Artek Enterprises offers ROBOmove, a Qdesign software solution to virtually simulate offline and post process any 3/5 axes CAM system tool path (APT or ISO) into an industrial articulated robot programming language. ROBOmove allows to manage the robot around six axes and all additional external axes like rotating/sliding tables as working piece movers or linear track to move directly the robot. The large amount of robot wrist torsion management strategies allow user to maximise robot workspace, to avoid collisions and to optimise robot motion. External axes can be easily managed: from initial set up to positioning or robot synchronised mode usage. ROBOmove includes a virtual work cycle 3D animation, the operating robot working area information, the collisions check and detection. The virtual simulation scene features: robot, spindle, tool, working piece, fixtures and any significant plant component.
