The sensor captures images and analyses them, using one or more vision tools, to generate judgment results. It has Ethernet, serial and flexible I/O in the same full-featured sensor. It accommodates configurable inputs and outputs (NPN/PNP), and allows stored inspections to be selected. Presence Plus: high performance inspections - this is the first vision solution that performs like a vision sensor, yet sets up and operates as easily as a standard photoelectric sensor. Now customers can use vision in machines and on manufacturing lines, where it was previously impractical. It also features a compact, self-contained sensor. This sensor is small 67 x 125 mm single housing sensor that functions without a separate controller or PC required. It can be mounted directly on machines, conveyors or production processes, wherever inspections are required.
