Vibrating Fork Level Detectors

Sapcon Instruments offers Vibrating Fork Level Detectors, Model MPSLF. The electronics unit is housed in a very small round probe enclosure. This is particularly useful in constricted space applications. Features: incorporation of micro-controller makes it more reliable and accurate instrument for level detection of any liquids and slurries even highly viscous (up to 10,000 cP); the fork is single piece cast stainless steel with shot blast finish for general purpose and polished finish for sanitary and food stuff applications; built-in universal power supply allows multiple supply and output options; multi-function bi-coloured LED; low power consumption, hence low heat generation; simple push button calibration - level data, time delay for covered and un-covered modes; fail-safe Hi/Lo selection, programmable via DIP switches and one push button switch; self-checking - system fault alarm, fork erosion alarm; EMC and RFI protected using noise filters; suitable for operation up to 150°C liquid temperature (standard version); and special high temperature version, suitable for operation up to 200°C liquid temperature. The instrument has been specially designed keeping in mind the huge demand from the international market.
